I booked a reservation and used my business credit card through a website for another person business related but when she arrived at Drury Hotel she was told she had to use her credit card to book the room when I called the hotel to ask them to use the card presented during the online reservation they refused... he checked with the manager and the manager also refuse to use the original card during the reservation that was booked online and I was told to give my business associate their money back in cash out of my own pocket... who does this this is so unprofessional this was a business trip booked correctly with my business card was supposed to be charged at booking but to be told to pay the person back using my Cash money how unprofessional can you get!!
