One star because they were there. Second star because they helped us load the keyboard we bought into our vehicle. But overall, extremely pushy, did not listen to what we were wanting, and kept obnoxiously wanting to upsell us to the point where it made us feel extremely uncomfortable. They would not stop trying to sell us on their extended warranty, and literally told us at the end, that this was our last chance, and we were "duly warned". They were very well-stocked, and it could've been a much different experience, a much nicer experience, if they were just more respectful of our choices.
