Not only is the fusion concept an amazing idea, but the food is so good and the staff is wonderful. This unassuming strip mall location can fool you. They've gotten a lot of exposure (DDD), but so far it really hasn't changed them, from what I can see. Locals love it, well everyone loves it. Free samples for newbies and help with the menu. (Once you get it, it makes sense, but it's a little daunting at first. After a single visit we were ordering like pros.)
It's a family friendly place, though we only do take out currently, because we have an energetic 2 year old. She wouldn't stay in the chairs, we always do booths, but there aren't any. Otherwise, this place is as good as it gets.
