Ehhh I guess I should update this to at least a 3, since I gave the ABVI next door a 3, and this place is basically just that but updated and with a couple extra perks (and I think owned by the same people given room/lobby similarities)
Anyway, the advantage over here is that the rooms are more recently updated and a bit nicer, you get a coffee maker, and this property doesn't seem to have as many rooms with conjoining doors as the ABVI does.
Bit of an older building and it can get noisy if people are clomping / slamming / yelling around you, but otherwise it's a pretty good basic property that's usually pretty cheap.
Oh and for the WiFi look for the "WLAN" connection rather than HoJo.
