Have use Sonora Quest for years and have been satisfied with their service. However, recently my wife and I have used the Sun City West location (whereas have made previous written and verbal complaints about a specific phlebotomist) and want to make everyone aware there a Phlebotomist there that continues to be rude, poor listening skills, and uses unnecessary force! Too bad Sonora Quest still employees people that hurt patients!!!!
