Very disappointed. The site says 100% response rate however I called weeks ago and have yet to receive a call back. I was recently diagnosed with a condition that prevents me from driving, so I needed to find a mobile grooming option and needed somebody immediately. I explained that to the person at the call center (yes a call center they are not local) and he assured me that the gentleman here in our area would call me back and took my name and number. There's no way to reach a local person and they don't return calls.
I would give them zero stars if the system would let me.
