The manager is rude, and has no concern for guest satisfaction! He brushed me off with my concern regarding a group rate I was supposed to get because I booked 5 days late, mind you my company had its annual banquet here and had over 100 rooms booked just from coworkers! So you would think that he could over look a 5 day late reservation for a company employee who has a event here yearly but guess he's not concerned about return guests to any of his company hotels! I will never stay at a Marriott hotel again so many better options out there!
