Emilio is the manager of the service department and he is very passionate about helping his customers. After they recommended and had an on-site glass repair for my cracked windshield go bad....Emilio stepped in. The glass was defective and they paid for the replacement as well as a new cowl (the piece on the front of your car that the glass goes into) that had been broken. Of course, they recommended this glass company in the first place, but I put some blame on me, I didn't bother to research this business. If I had just looked at their Yelp reviews....but, anyway, this review is about the Peoria Service Dept. I am very, very thankful that Emilio and my service advisor, Paul, worked towards a resolution. They could have looked the other way, they could have said there not responsible...but they didn't and I am very appreciative to them! Emilio went out of his way to listen to my concerns and my love of my Nissan Armada and he made it right. I have been a customer of Peoria Nissan service and warranties for the past 2 yrs and have really gotten terrific and courteous, as well as prompt service. Paul is always gracious and helpful (Congratulations on getting recently married)! Thanks Emilio and Peoria!
