Best service I've had in a while! I am used to haggling and complaining , but not needed here! I was on a long road trip and knew I needed tires soon, then an engine light came on and my van was acting up on a Sunday! So I called from Kingman after I had the codes read and they said they would try to help! Well Dan was great!
They looked and found tires were really bad( dangerously) and I said my old ones were supposed to have 80k warranty! Well before I could complain more dan said ok, 4 tires and high mileage oil change and we'll reset codes and look around. Gave many discounts( without asking) and $460, one hour later I was on my way! Dan also found a mouse in my engine( showed me poor fella) and said that might have been the problem! 2000 miles later no engine light and car rides smooth! What a great experience dealing with Dan at big o tires! Don't bother with Vegas shops, go to Dan in Boulder city!
