LOVE this place! The atmosphere is fun...it's like Oktoberfest any time of the year. We ate at Hofbrauhaus in Cincinnati and had a blast, so when we saw one in Vegas, we had to try it.
We stopped by for lunch. I had the Munchner Schweinerbraten (pork roast). The flavor was wonderful. Slow roasted comfort food at its finest. My only complaint was that the roast was a bit too fatty. The sauerkraut was spectacular! It had the right balance of sour...I hate sauerkraut that makes me pucker! I washed it all down with Hofbrau original beer (yummy).
If you happen to be in Vegas and are looking for a good restaurant off the strip, think about trying Hofbrauhaus. If you go for dinner, they most likely will have a German band which only makes the experience more fun. I recommend this place. The food will not disappoint.
