Just purchased a Groupon as a gift for family she ignores phone calls then charges different rates. Groupon was mentioned and what she originally quoted went from 150 for everything to almost 350 even though the groupon cost me 150 dollars. She is working out of her home not a office doesn't return calls and has a F rating the BSB. Groupon has complaints and so does yelp. Why does groupon continue to let her use there sight to scam people. I am going to try and get my money back but am afraid i am out 150 even though groupon should have done a better job at protecting customers. I trusted groupon and to know they know this and she still has acess to sell on Groupon makes me angry!
