We called Black Mountain Air in July, 2013 after seeing some good reviews for them.
I found Todd to be polite, knowledgeable, and honest. Air conditioners are about the only thing in the house I know next to nothing about, so I am always cautious. Todd made it clear early on that he wanted me to be happy with the service. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the motor in the attic. Instead of replacing it immediately, he first attempted to repair the motor itself with a few different parts. I appreciated the attempt, as far too many people are quick to throw things away with a minor problem. But that didn't work, and we replaced the motor. He worked quickly and efficiently, and kept me informed every step of the way. I would call him again.
