I met these people at a home show and I signed up to have just one bath redone to rid myself of constant re-caulking or having black mold show thru a fairly new home. The brochures said it would be done in 1 day and it took over 4 months. I never got the tub I was supposed to get because "they didn't have one that size" but they had already put up the walls surrounding my tub, so I received a discount. I was told I would have a lifetime guarantee for re-caulking should the need arise. When I called this place they said" we have new owners so the guarantee will not be honored!!..I slightly raised my voice and my call was handed to the manager, who said" I will come over tonight and take a look at it" the whole time I knew he was just saying this to get me off the phone. Well he never did show up and he never called. He was very condescending on the phone and I should never have believed this man or this company!
