Just came in to grab a coffee before doing errands. The place is dead, but there are dirty tables. Fine. Whatever.
We go to place orders and there's nobody there. Two girls are on the far right behind the counter chatting with their backs to us. My companion and I are talking, so there's no way they can miss that we're there. When they finally decide to come over to wait on us, we are greeted with, "What do you want?"
What I wanted was less attitude before my regularly-scheduled caffeine intake. But okay. Place an order for a black coffee and a soy latte. YOU WOULD THINK I ASKED HER TO GROW THE FUCKING BEANS BEFORE ROASTING AND GRINDING THEM HERSELF. There's a fucking sign right behind the register that says, "We have soy milk!" So what. the. fuck. So many passive aggressive noises coming from this girl as she turns her back to make the coffee and continues to talk to the other employee.
She's rude throughout the entire process. So rude that my friend asks if there is a manager we can speak to. We never do that. She blows us off. We ask for her name and she blows us off.
Well, owner, hear me loud and clear: hire people who actually want to be at work. There is no reason to keep this unprofessional staff on your payroll.
Patrons, steer clear. Not worth your time, money, or patience.
