Dissatisfied with my customer service experience here. I called in a day before my dad was set to have some work done on his bike and spoke with two different employees. I wanted to pay for his maintenance the next day as a surprise for my dad.
After taking my payment information and guaranteeing me a call the next day when my dad was in there, nothing happened. My dad ended up paying. I called in to see what happened and if they could charge me for the service retroactively and was again less than impressed. They barely apologized, put me on an awkward hold and then said there was nothing they could do. I understand mistakes happen but they could have been sincere at least.

We stopped in again before our bike ride and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. While we were a bit disappointed about the mishap with my dad, the remaining experience was great. I would stop in again.
