This is long overdue but unfortunately I have to change my review from five stars to one. I came here for almost two years and am close with the nail techs Kelly and Tina. Apparently they came under new management that tries to cut corners by not properly sanitizing equipment and making techs reuse tools that should be thrown away after one use. Since Kelly and Tina are proper professionals they decided to leave. they have since been replaced with techs that are rude and mediocre at best. It saddens me that such a great business that I enjoyed patronizing is now ruined.
