If it was a snake, it would've bitten me. I go to Buffalo Wild Wings every Tuesday for its 1/2 off wings, and have failed to notice this bakery sandwiched between BWW and a mattress store. There isn't a normal sign like the other chain businesses that surround it, so it can easily go unnoticed. That'd be my biggest marketing tip. Get a sign that matches your surroundings. On to more important things..... this is a family owned business and the owner's mother was working this day. She was SO nice and gave me a run down of the history of the bakery, told me a little bit about her daughter, etc. I explained that this was my first time. So she gave some recommendations. I ordered the carrot cake and the peach cobbler cupcake. Prices were reasonable compared to most bakeries. Cupcakes were $2.00. Cake slices $2.75. The cupcake was very moist and had actual pieces of peach at the bottom. I thought that the flavor could have been more robust. It just wasn't peachy enough. The icing was really fluffy and not too sweet. They have whole cakes for sale as well as cupcakes. This location has a lot of potential if they spruce up the venue and add some small tables and free wifi. Regardless, I'm excited to have a bakery in my neighborhood and will be returning, probably every Tuesday.
