I was also referred by my home warranty company after my toilet bowl cracked and caused a flood. Ace in the Hole was quick to return the initial call to set up a time to come see the issue. They came and inspected the problem, told me I needed a new toilet and would call me to schedule a time to replace it. I had called and left a voicemail to which I never received a return call. Two weeks later, I called again and was instructed they had been busy and apologized. OK, no biggie, I get it, so I brushed it off and set up with them a time to come install the new toilet. The morning of the installation, I noticed I had received a voicemail from the night before (6pm) letting me know they would NOT be coming to my house because they no longer worked with my warranty. Again I called to get more information, left a voicemail, and here we are 5 days later, still no response. Luckily my home has another bathroom, because three weeks without a toilet and now having to start all over is ridiculous. I understand things happen with contracts, but be professional enough to call and speak to the customers. Based on the customer experience alone, I will never use or refer this company.
