I subscribed to water delivery through Costco who uses crystal springs in Charlotte area. My nightmares began. There were too many mistakes with this people. Instructions given my calling central customer service line or internet were ignored. I got so fed up that I got whole house filter system installed (very happy with filter system and will payoff in year and two) and cancelled water delivery service. Well, my hassles did not stop. They delivered additional watet bottles even though account was closed 2 weeks ago! They have not picked up water cooler or empty bottles in a month in spite of repeated calling, escalating and screaming at them. For those who are thinking about ordering water in Charlotte area from Costco or directly from this business do it at your own risk. I can't even get them to close the account! I am disappointed that Costco is partnering with such bottom of the barrel business. The issue seems to be local branch and route managers who are unreachable, unresponsive and careless. I am surprised these folks are still doing business. Wish I had read other reviews on yelp earlier.
