I've been a member of CrossFit Celsius since early 2012 (when it was a different name). I walked in that first day scared, not sure what to expect; I couldn't do a pull-up, let alone a push-up. I was welcomed with open arms and smiles all around. The coaches quickly eased my fears and showed me modified/scaled movements. I was never much of an athletic person, sticking mainly to cardio. But between the knowledgable coaches (and encouragement from my husband), I have learned that building muscle is far more beneficial than just losing fat. You have to fuel you body in order to get stronger (AND muscle burns fat)!! The coaches and the members provide invaluable support and camaraderie. If you've considered trying CrossFit but don't think you have what it takes; I urge you to stop in and give CrossFit Celsius a try.
