It is hard to find the words to explain just how wonderful Rick and the employees of Carpet Monkeys are!!!! They went SO FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND in service that I'm blown away! They actually replaced the pad on the landing of our stairs to fix a pet urine problem. Dealing with Rick was an absolute pleasure! He is kind, helpful, clear, concise, honest and full of integrity. He did not charge us until we were happy... and we are definitely happy and never wavered in his quote. Do not call another carpet company! Carpet Monkeys of Las Vegas is priced right with impeccable service. It is refreshing that a company still puts such pride in their work!!!!!
