They have good customer service but something definitely went on during the process of having my door replaced. The day after I get my car back from Abra, it doesn't start. Turned out the PCM went bad. This can be caused by a short in power supply or wiring (which I'm sure happened during door replacement). Fast forward a couple months and my car won't start again. It's the battery now. My car is barely 4 years old so I shouldn't have a battery going bad. I'm sure it was just getting run down during the week they had it. Too much of a coincidence that all these issues I've never had before arise after I get my car back.
