Professional and very thorough. My husband was having a vision issue that we were very concerned with and they were extremely helpful. He was seen within a couple hours of calling to make appointment. Dr. Flaherty did not rush at all through exam and went over his case so we both understood the options and referral to retina specialist. I personally have not had an eye exam in over 15 years until today. Quick and efficient. It is nice walking into an office and being acknowledged with a smile. I could tell that everyone enjoyed what they do. A smile goes a long way when there is a medical concern. Thank you to Dr. Flaherty and her staff!
