I had my trucks brakes done at the Goodyear location and was initially quoted 124.95 for both front and rear for Lifetime PREMIUM brakes as quoted on the coupon online. I dropped off my truck for an appointment and was called back with a higher quote. I brought up the coupon and prior quote but was still charged 138.45 for the front and 148.40 for the rear after contesting the price for several minutes. This is unethical and unprofessional. In addition to the overcharge the store tried to sell me on a brake fluid flush which was previously done in Nov. 2015. They wanted to flush with the incorrect fluid as well, my truck uses transmission fluid and not brake fluid. In the end I paid the extra money because 36.00 wasn't worth giving up my car for half a day to another shop who probably would do the same thing. This store lost a customer who would be loyal if they were honest. I was even told that the premium pads were Centric but the part number indicates they are C-Tek lower end pads.
