Being new to Charlotte I chose this place based on its uptown location and the fact that I could walk from work. After going here there are numerous reasons I would never go to another dentist... willingly.
1. Staff- all are genuinely welcoming, nice, knowledgable, clean and happy. They also explain things clearly and work close with your insurance.
2. Facilities/equipment- I'm no dental expert, BUT I'm confident that they have one of the nicest offices (not just dental) I have been in. All of their tools and technology are the latest and greatest. The best part is that you aren't paying any more for it and you are in and out of appointments super fast and efficiently.
3. Free annual whitening.
4. Text and email appointment reminders (should you choose)
5. You can stream and watch Netflix. I never do because the girls are so nice to talk to.
I am so happy I found this place. Don't look any further. It's the best!
