The fact that Boleyns is considered one of Scarborough's top nightclubs is a sad reflection on the lack of quality in the area rather than Boleyns being a good night out.
It is expensive to get in and the drinks are expensive. It is a small crowded place which doesn't seem to bother about stopping under 18s getting in.
The toilets are inadequate and squalid and it's best to steer clear.
The music is the only plus point about the place, although they do sometimes stick to the cheesy music a little too much.
When you're drunk it doesn't really matter what the place is like but sober this is one to avoid.
