Went into this establishment and was met with an extremely friendly staff. They were busy but it didn't stop them from acknowledging that I had entered and that they would be right with me. As soon as Oscar started to help, he asked some specific questions about my vehicle and took the time to make sure I was purchasing the correct equipment. I saw the part for cheaper on a social media site and he price matched it immediately with zero hesitations. During our conversation he made small talk and asked what I did for work and upon learning I worked for the fire department he took extra special care of me! The parts he gave me had instructions for installation and he explained that they also offered installation if I needed. He took extremely good care of me and was very thorough. I will go back to Oscar at Auto Culture in the very near future as I buy new parts for my truck! Thanks Oscar!
