So I came here for their happy hour special ($20 shellac manicure) and a regular shellac pedicure ($35). I had booked an appointment the night before and was quoted $55. I went in the next day and not only did the lady take TWO whole hours to complete the service but when cashing out she added an extra $5 for shellac removal. I know it's only $5 but it's the fact that they charge to take off your old polish and they never mentioned this add-on before. When I questioned her about it she got really defensive and said usually it should be $30 for shellac manicure and THAT includes removal but the happy hour manicure special does not... Umm ok... She said I still saved $5. I'm so glad I saved FIVE WHOLE DOLLARS and wasted TWO hours of my life for a mediocre job. Definitely will not be returning to this place. Waste of time.
