Update 7-22-16: I finally received a call to bring my jeep in and they finally replaced my brakes and even a free oil change along with a full tank of gas. I appreciate their efforts of finally taking care of me! I can't give them a full 5 starts now because it did take them a whole year to help me I never should of took this long! I now hope they take other customers concerns more seriously after my experience. Thank you guys for making my jeep feel like new again. Update: still never got a call even talked to service manager who was filling in for the actual manager. She at the time had lost her voice and was very sick ( shouldn't have been at work gross) told me that she would call us and get us in to fix the issue! Wow no nothing and this was over 3 months ago!! Prestige is a joke! So happy they built another jeep dealership by the 215. They helped me. No stars! I bought a 2015 jeep rubicon in August of 2015 and my breaks started screeching a month in and I took it into service!! Two weeks later it started to happen again! I call to speak to my service manager Miguel but I have to leave a message with a receptionist!! I have yet to receive a call!! Smh! Horrible service! Bet they are waiting for my warranty to run out!
