Customer service in the store was superb. Everything they promised came true. The delivery was the same day to my doorstep. I put the frame together myself because the instructions were very clear and to the point. The foam bed itself was a snap to dismantle and place on the frame. It is the most comfortable bed I've ever owned! Thanks again for a great experience Tuft & Needle!
