I firstly want to say - It has taken me about a few month to get over my experience with this salon. I came here on June 25 2016 to get my hair coloured with a senior stylist - Justin Song (who has 10+ years of experience) I went in for a consultation first, than came back few days after that... I want to say I have thick hair, and I did thorough research looking at their page and even going in for a consultation. I even asked if they would take me because I have thick hair and it's not easy for most people. I would like to firstly mention this is probably the first place that I had went to that uses a piece of string with different costs on it to dictate how much your hair will roughly cost. Long story short I asked for a balayage touch up and I ended up with something likewise. In the photo you will see a before photo with red marker blurring my face. Also you will see a photo of my results. As a result I remained calm, but expressed this was not what I signed up for. My hair cut wasn't what I wanted, he thinned out half my head - I was hesitant to stop because by then he was half way around my head. At this point there was nothing I liked about this hair cut, or colour. During the "lifting process" I had some of their assistance "adding" more bleach or lifting to my foils. Thanks to them my hair came out over processed and broke by just combing through it(which I rarely have because my hair is so thick). The worse part is paying 400$+ for something you dislike so much. Neither were they phased whether or not the person in front of them was upset. My lesson learnt. Due to this experience I will stay and continue to go to LisaDinhHairstudio - that is when my hair grows back. Once again I'm not trying to bash them but simply share a experience. Thank you
