When I found evidence of termites on our property this past year I was really lucky to find a great and honest Pest company. From his own words, the owner absolutely refuses to treat a property if there is no evidence of termites. He believes it isn't ethical to do so. If you need a pest company I would greatly recommend House Doctor Exterminating. I don't give a recommendation like that lightly. I had a fantastic talk with the owner that indicated they do what is best for the customer. The inspector we got looked young, but don't let that fool you. He really, really knew his stuff and did a thorough inspection. I can't say that for the other company who came out and wanted me to show them where I thought the evidence of termites were. The tech who came out and treated the property did a great and thorough job. Many months later we haven't seen any evidence of termites in our house. I'm still glad that I got the five year warranty. The warranty is only as good as the company is reputable. I feel well protected by House Doctor Exterminating.
