Whoever gave Steve a bad review? I totally DON'T understand that. Steve came out and attempted to fix my 14 yr old Mitsubishi 65". The part he brought with him, in effect didn't fix the problem. He had to FIND a part for my TV that Mitsubishi no longer makes. He told me it'd take about 3-5 days to get the part. He called me immediately upon the parts arrival and made arrangements to come put it in. The day before his arrival we had a family emergency and called Steve to reschedule our appt. He was GRATEFUL as hell that I called as he said most people don't and he ends up driving there and no one will be home. He put me on the schedule for the following week. When he showed up he was VERY nice and cheerful as well as engaging. Me thinks those who gave him a bad review, MAY NOT have been the BEST Customers themselves! I had ZERO problem with him! It took him about an hour and my TV's back up and running with a picture as good as today's models. I've used Bob's 5 times over the years and they're not only NICE, GOOD people. They're GREAT at what they do and are VERY reasonable with their pricing. I will call Steve AGAIN if I need another TV repairman. Thanks Bob, Thanks Steve for all of your PROFESSIONAL customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this business!
