My family and I moved forward on a house loan, based on the word and promises of the broker. We spend time and nearly $1,000 of our money. We had a contract on a house and were already packing up, when the broker TEXT (not called) to say there was an issue at the last minute. Something that we have learned now, should have been caught long before we got this far ... now we are out of pocket and the broker is hiding from us.
We lost money and cant get the house. Not to mention the time wasted by both realtors, and the sellers who must also be very disappointed.
