I'm always thankful of photos and "message the business" feature on the Yelp app. It made my recent experience with Shimmer so quick and easy.
I was going to be in Vegas for a day and scheduled a wedding mani/pedi. The design I requested was a little different and required stones so it was important to find a salon that can accommodate in just the right way.
My nails looked pretty darn close to what I requested and it didn't take nearly as long as I thought. With gel and stones and a few pedi add ons, it was about $90 plus tip.
The salon was nice enough, right around the corner from Deja Vu and across from the Orleans casino. Not the most upscale 'hood but hey, I'm not moving in. They play a lot of hip hop off listening ears, not my jam but again. I'm not in charge and it wasn't the worst either. Just a little rough all around.
But if you want your nails done in a fancy way in Vegas, Shimmer is legit
