The 5 star reviews are clearly fake. We made an enormous mistake signing a lease here. Halfway through signing the lease documents, we were told to sign documents stating the buildings were constructed with asbestos. No matter what you do, the apartment reeks like the 40 years it's been around.
The washer/dryer are the smallest and oldest we've ever seen. Good luck fitting more than maybe 2-3 towels at one time. The front door is cheap and flimsy and does not fit the frame - Watch your AC fly right out. We used to live in an apartment 4 times the size, and our electric bill was half of what it is here.
Please note the real reviews. No microwave, which is pretty ridiculous for a Scottsdale apartment in 2017. No ice machine in fridge. Popcorn ceilings. Buckling floors. Faulty wiring and plumbing. Most shoddy "renovations" you could possibly imagine.
They do the whole mandatory $25/mo "valet trash", and the surprise move-in charges are outrageous. $200 non-refundable admin fee on top of the $150 non-refundable application fee and $200 deposit.
Do NOT make the mistake of moving here.
