My husband and I were heading out of state and at the last minute we realized our arrangements for our pup wasn't going to work out. I was so stressed. I figured I could call CBW the morning we left to see if they could squeeze her in. I happened to make an online reservation before bed after they closed; bit wondering if they could with such short notice worried me. Also, I had to have a family member take her as my flight left before they opened. I was worried.
Imagine my happiness when I awoke at like... 530 AM to an email saying they were all set to take on my pup! Never been so relieved... thankful for camp bow wow. My pooches love it!
I wish I remembered who answered the email - she was an owner I believe and she went the extra mile, answering me after hours like that. Where I used to live? No kennel has ever done so much.
