I used to be a HUGE Sephora fan. Over the last 3 years I have been switching to another makeup store more often. I get 1 product from here because no one else sells it, I refuse to ever step foot in this store. The employees are beyond rude, you can look at a bunch of them all annoyed to be there, you actually have to go beg someone to help you. You get attitude if you dare ask them to show you how to put something on. They make returning products a nightmare. You now have to have the card on you in order to return anything. I don't carry all my cards on me every single time. I got store credit, most places let you use it online, not Sephora, so that store credit will sit in my dresser drawer because I won't go there. Needless to say I'll only be buying the Fresh Rose moisturizer and it'll be online. I will be going with Ulta for all my makeup needs, at least you get a bunch of people asking you if you need help, etc.
