I wish we'd known about Bill and his team with our previous home buying experiences. We had a lot of regret for many years after the purchase of our last house. When it came time for us to consider selling and buying again, we were not looking forward to it.

We were recommended to Bill about a year and a half ago. We discussed with him the possibility of selling our house and getting into something that fit our family better. Bill took us out to look at a few houses, but at the time, the market wasn't quite where it needed to be for us to proceed. Bill was completely forthcoming and honest with us that it probably wasn't the right time. Rather than try to push things through to make a sale, he told us to wait. To me that speaks volumes about his level of integrity.
Bill continued to stay in touch with us. He advised us on the state of the market and kept us informed about our options. This year (2017) we were in contact with Bill and he advised us that now might be a good time to make a move.
To keep this from turning into a novel, the short of it is that we have never had a better experience buying a home! I don't know if our situation was unusual, but Bill and his team swooped in like SEAL Team 6 and made it all happen in an unbelievably short time. He has top notch people on his side that can get things done. Lenders, Title companies, staging experts! (Oh my!) His people operate at the highest level. He's also a tough negotiator and went to bat for us with our sale. I would not want to be on the other side of the table from this guy!
On the buying side, Mark Wyant (our Lead Agent) was with us every step of the way. He kept us informed, was always responsive to our requests, and provided invaluable insight as we were looking at potential homes. Mark reflected the integrity and professionalism that Bill and the rest of his team consistently demonstrated. Mark was awesome to work with!
All said, with the Olmstead team we've had about the best experience you can have selling and buying a house. My wife and I will continue to recommend Bill to anyone who asks. So if you're in the market for a home consider the Bill Olmstead team. No seriously, dump that strip mall realtor and get on board with Bill! You will not regret it!
