I've been using whiskers for over 4-5 years and today was not the customer service they are known for. I was charged a pro-rated sitting fee for being 15-20 beyond the hour after they called of which I never knew this was a policy. Additionally, their price jumped $15 for the cut without any notice. Quite unacceptable for a place known for excellent customer service and a long time customer. Might be time to try other places recommended to me every after referring dozens of people to Whiskers.
