I have lived here since October. I now have to break my lease and move elsewhere to help my ill father and, although landlord/tenant laws are on my side, the manager is still hassling me about it. I'm also told i have to pay 2 months' rent. Blah. I have been an excellent resident and do not deserve such treatment considering my dad could die any day. Also, when i moved in, the team of leasing agents and management were fun and friendly. Now, the constant turnover makes them more like Stepford Wives. Also, residents party at all hours and no one does anything about it. Living here is like paying too much to live in a run down sorority house. In addition, a maintenance guy tried to buy Percocets off me, then accused me of being a heroin addict. The company also tried to force my neighbor to pay $400 for a new washer, saying she broke it by "putting the wrong type of clothes in it." Absurd. Definitely not worth it. Beware
