Purchased a Groupon for a detailing and booked online via their website. The day of the appointment I received a call that their guy called in sick and asked to rebook for another day. When I tried calling back, no one ever picked up, and I was not able to redeem my voucher. After speaking with Groupon, they confirmed that several people had the same issue and the company had redeemed the voucher to get their money and had no intentions of fulfilling their obligations. Groupon removed then as a result. Avoid this place at all costs!
