I sure cannot shop confidently at Sprouts Farmers Market anymore. I went in there today to return a protein drink, and 2 other items. I had my receipt for the 2 other items but not the protein drink. It was purchased on a separate occasion and the receipt is lost forever. Sadly, they do not refund or even exchange vitamins/supplements without a receipt - even if they are unopened. The woman told me that because people walk in and pick items up off the shelf and then stroll on over to her to return for store credit that they cannot trust me to have purchased it from them. That is too bad because sometimes I loose my receipt so I need to be confident in where I shop - knowing they will gladly let me exchange my item if I purchased the wrong one or etc. So Sprout's you have lost my business which is too bad for you. I buy a lot of supplements and organic products. I do my best to purchase the right items always (who likes the hassle of returns?) but occasionally I get the wrong stuff and I need to be secure in the fact that I won't be stuck with it because someone has assumed it was a stolen item. What is happening to the stores now-a-days. This economic set back has everyone in shambles!
