Polar Bear Heating & Air Conditioning came out a week ago and my family and I are still without AC in 115 extreme heat because Polar Bear is wanting more $$ for labor then American Home Shield Warranty Company is contracted to pay. Question- why would you contract your company with a home warranty company if you don't agree with the fees. The only one that is affected is the homeowner ... My family (3 kids) and animals are the ones paying the price. Hope you sleep good in your air conditioned home!
