You pay for what u get here. Very bad rude customer service. Also the beds are very uncomfortable here. Never again. They gave me a smoking room when I requested for a non smoking room. I Don't smoke. If you are a nonsmoker this hotel is not for you. The smoke is so strong through out the whole hotel. When I called the front desk and told them my room is a smoking room, the manager or front desk act as if its my problem and didnt apologize or offer to switch my room. She gave me an attitude and says they will come spray it??? Wtf. When i said yes, please do come spray then she switched my room to a bad view room. Uncomfy hard bed. Stanky pillows. No more cheap stanky motels.
