I basically wasted an hour at this place. I decided to try this place out after driving by and seeing the 30/hour sign on their door. After entering the store, my first thought was: did they ever go through the city sanitary and health inspections? Aside from the stains on the wall, ceiling, and floor, there was this atrocious smell looming over the place, like rotted left over food. But, i figured, what can you expect for such cheap price? As long as they are good at what they do.... But boy was I disappointed! The hour long reflexology was basically running their hands over your calves and feet for an hour with excessive amount of oil which did not absorb ino my skin, meaning that I had to walk around all day with greasy feet. Oh and of course it permenantly stained my socks. The worst of it all was that the therapist had dirty long nails and scratched some of my skin with her nail and ring. The experience was so uncomfortable I didn't want to leave any tip, but when I gave them a 50 dollar bill (for some reason they only take cash even though there is a credit card machine), they took it without offering change. It took several awkward moments to get the change because the girl spoke zero english. The fact that they intended to keep the 20 dollars change as a tip without asking, for such horrible service, was absolutely ridiculous. I honestly would have preferred better service for a higher price to this sad excuse of a massage spa. What Sun Spa have to offer isn't even worth the 30 dollars. I will most definitely not return at any time in the future.
