A COMPLETE AND TOTAL MESS!
Imagain a bunch of 14 year olds with no supervision running a restaurant. Absolutely no leadership, minimum staff at best, and what is there, lacks knowledge, customer service, and initiative. If there is a manager in that place, they are either 100% incompetent or dead. It's 3PM on a Saturday, over half the tables are empthy, but need to be cleaned, the waiting area is full of people waiting to be seated, people are waiting outside to get in, and people are leaving as they are tired of the wait, attitude, and overall lack of leadership and organization.
