Came here yesterday morning for their BOGO1/2off sale on TruInfusion edibles. I missed the tiny print on their promotion saying "3:00pm-7:00pm" so decided to stop by later since they are close to home. I came back at 3:00. Store was empty, one customer ahead of me. They had zero inventory of my first choice product and a total of 3 of my second choice. In the entire store. When I commented, the budtender countered that the sale had been going on all day and it was first-come first-served. I had to remind her that the sale had not been going on all day....in fact had just started less than 2 minutes ago! and there were four hours of sale remaining with precious little inventory on hand. She then suggested that the (one) customer before me had bought all the inventory! The comments about the parking problem are accurate. The comments about the budtenders not so much: I find them unhelpful and mostly unfamiliar with their inventory. I'm 69 years old. I don't want to fist-bump the doorman coming and going. C'mon now. Health for Life is a little farther but I'll be making that drive from now on. I did post a similar review on Leafly, but it seems this dispensary only publishes 4 or 5 star reviews. UPDATE, 5/23/18: Okay, I have to eat a few of my words. I gave them another chance. The budtender was the worst, but the end of the story is interesting. I asked for a product listed on their menu. She insisted there was no such item and offered a poor substitute. I looked around at other stations to see if maybe someone else had the product. Nope. Budtender was like on speed, no eye contact, curt discourse, this is all we have, that company doesn't make that product. I suggested she look at my buying history (this Information Is is in their computer) that would show I had bought that product at that dispensary several times. She looked, she saw, she said...Nothing! I contacted the manufacturer and he told me the item had been discontinued, but bless his soul he cooked up a batch of my favorite confection and will deliver the package to Greenpharms and ask the manager to give me. That's service! TRU-INFUSION: GREAT COMPANY! I appreciate GreenPharms facilitating this.
