3/4 times the pizza has been over an hour later than the time given. And cold. And noted in the "pizza tracker" as having left the shop over an hour previous. And the people in the shop couldn't care less-their response has always been "it's on its way." Sometimes the drivers are nice, sometimes not-it depends. I'm not sure where the disconnect is here, but save yourself the trouble and just order carry out from a place you like instead of waiting over 2 hours for cold pizza.
