Lindsay walked my dog for a few years and there were no issues whatsoever. I started noticing that my dog's leash was not moved from the location I left it in the morning but had been using the service for years and decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. My spouse and I decided to take a day off (very last minute but we have great jobs that give us some freedom) but entirely forgot to mention it to Lindsay. She did not come to our house that day. There was no email or any indication that exceptional circumstances had arisen. She just did not walk my dog on a day she was scheduled to come. This completely freaked me out so I emailed her and asked "how was the walk today?" and she responded that he was fine on his walk (which did not occur). So not only was my poor dog not being walked during the very long hours my spouse and I work, but I was also being ripped off. I suppose the 5 star ratings on here are because she actually decided to show up and walk their dogs. Never, in a million years, would I recommend this service to anyone.
